92 Maxima automatic transmission about to fail-i think?

I have a 92 Maxima with an automatic transmission and about 140k miles on it. Recently it seems to be shifting wierd. from 1st to 2nd, it shifts at high RPMs and does not shift smoothly. When shifting into gears, the "switch" to the higher
