Carlisle police (243-5252)
• Tahaeem Martin, 32, of Camp Hill was charged with three counts of driving under the influence and careless driving after a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Pitt Street at 10:57 p.m. Aug. 17.
Police received reports that a 1999 Ford Explorer was driving in that area in an erratic manner.
• Ralph Lester Leroy Moffitt, 67, of Carlisle was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he was seen urinating in Veterans Courtyard at the old courthouse on Hanover Street at 6:02 p.m.
A courthouse employee saw Moffitt and notified police.
• A group of young white boys riding bikes threw a penny at a woman's vehicle while she was driving in the first block of West Willow Street at 6 p.m. Aug. 23.
The woman told police there was a small chip in the paint on the front passenger door handle of her 2007 Honda Civic.
The woman said she saw the boys hanging around another group of white teenagers in a dark older model Jetta.
