What is a fair estimate for the following amount of work to be done on my 2001 Nissan Maxima?

What is a fair estimate for the following amount of work to be done on my 2001 Nissan Maxima?

* Replacing the Catalytic Converter (including the B2 Catalyst and O2 sensor)
* Replacing the caliper and cable for the rear emergency

Cat coverter can run appx. $1,000.00 with labor. Check your emissions warranty. They usually cover up to 80k miles.
O2 sensor apprx $200.00.

Caliper and cable - apprx. $150 - $200.

After reading online, i don’t think its worth trying to replace the oxygen sensors and/or the catalytic converters.
