Can you install a LATCH car seat system in a car that doesn't have it?

I have a 99 Nissan Maxima and a 2000 Acura TL. My wife and I are going to be starting a family soon, and would like to install a LATCH system on these vehicles rather than buy a new one with the latch system. I know you can use the seatbelts on these

Two, including former Williston High star athlete, killed in crash

Former athlete Isaac Jewade Floyd, 20, and Dorian Je'Quan Taylor, 18, both died in the crash, which occurred on County Road 318 near Southeast Fourth Street in Williston. Another passenger remained Saturday night at Shands at the University of Florida.

According to an FHP report, Floyd was driving a 2010 Nissan Maxima just after midnight at "a high rate of speed" before losing control of the vehicle with three passengers.

The car overturned several times, and all four were ejected. According to the report, none of the car's occupants was wearing a seat belt.

Floyd and Taylor were pronounced dead at the scene. Kevin James Sketo Jr., 18, and Kalen Kentrell Penny, 22, were taken to Shands. Penny, who played football for Williston, was reported in fair condition as of Saturday evening.

Floyd was a two-sport star at Williston. As a senior in 2009-10, he was named The Sun's small-school defensive player of the year as he helped lead the Red Devils football team to the Class 2B regional playoffs. Floyd then enjoyed continued success as a forward on the Red Devils basketball team. Floyd was a big-school first-team all-area selection after averaging 12.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game as Williston reached the Class 3A state semifinals.
