2004 Nissan Maxima Speed Sensor / ABS issue ?

I own a 2004 Nissan Maxima with approx 60000 miles. A few months ago i noticed my ABS Action up one day (It would come on in perfect conditions). A few days later I took it to the Nissan Dealer and they said it was due to a Speed Sensor (Right Rear Wheel)
i work at a dealer in new england and only had 2 cars do this so far. the tsb is from 7/10/07 which can require control unit replacement due to sensor short circuting.the only time your problem ocurs is from rear sensors fronts should not give you any

If you’ve ever been in a situation—say, in a busy mall parking lot—where you’re parked in-between two larger vehicles and backing-out is akin to closing your eyes and hoping for the best, then you’ll see where Infiniti is coming from with this system. What collision intervention does is use sonar that can tell what’s coming before you can from your vantage point up front; if it senses that something is coming (cross-traffic or pedestrians), it will automatically apply full brake pressure so you don’t have to. We tried this—basically, an obstacle was placed behind us and we were told to back up towards it without braking. It’s a weird sensation, let me tell you but hooo boy, is it ever effective. Coupled with the parking aid is the ability for the system to notify you via a series of tones and visual cues as to what’s going on around the vehicle when stationary. This aspect is a little less appealing (and slightly annoying), but for smaller drivers who may have a harder time seeing out of the car, it could be helpful.
