Den Hollandske flåde ”Noordzee Vissers Consortium III” er godkendt af ”Friend of the Sea”. 



”Friend of the Sea” annoncerer certificering af Dover tungen (Solea solea), Rødspætten (Pleuronectes platessa), Pighvaren (Psetta maxima), slethvaren (Scopthalmus rhombus) og DABs (Limanda limanda) fra ”Noordzee Vissers Consortium III”.

NVC III er en gruppe bestående af 10 familieejede virksomheder med udgangsbase i Urk Holland, nogle af familierne har rødder så langt tilbage som det 19. århundrede. Produkterne sælges i et bredt udvalg, enten som friske eller frosne, og alle er fuldt sporbare. 

Fiskeriet praktiseres med sumwing teknikken i Nordsøens fiskeriområde FAO 27. Det er et område, stærkt påvirket af naturlige a-biotiske faktorere. Alle mindstemål for fiskene er overholdt til punkt og prikke. Fangsterne er rapporteret og alle regler følges. Flåden arbejder efter strenge bæredygtige forvaltningspolitikker,
